I don't know about PW being funner than WoW depends on the player. But at least it is free and you just need to download the thing and install it. Idk if it's funner than WoW, but I think for the first few levels it was pretty fun.

I quit playing PW because it was getting really annoying and I was stupid to pick a PVP server...kept getting killed by other players after my tune turned 30+ xd but go ahead and give it a try :)
