@mrpilot102 they don't use polar bears but they do harvest seals, wolves and whales (only aloud to kill certain number of whales per year due to an agreement with the Canadian government) and they use every single part of the animals they harvest to survive. Maybe you should travel to the farthest part of the Northwest Territoires of Canada in the winter time and then maybe you would understand why they need every animal to survive.
What this segment doesn't say is that the money from those hunting license and the tax on hunting ammunition goes to aid biologists from the fish and wildlife research. Hunters are only allowed to take up to a certain amount of a wildlife population during a specific time of the year through licenses and controlled hunts keeping the numbers of that population stable and healthy. They are also forbidden to shot a mother bear with cubs. So before giving your two cents know your facts.

I am telling you anyone who shoots a majestic polar bear for sport or any reason at all or takes a job killing baby harp seal needs to be hunted down and clubbed and sliced open just they do to these beautiful defenseless animals. I can't tell you the rage I feel and the tears that stream down my face when I see this sort of horrible act. What the #%$@ are we doing when we allow this type of activity to carry on. Hunting a few provides revenue to indians and eskimos that live in the area and provides moneys for more studies. Ridiculous to stop hunting these bears. @mrpilot102 they don't use polar bears but they do harvest seals, wolves and whales (only aloud to kill certain number of whales per year due to an agreement with the Canadian government) and they use every single part of the animals they harvest to survive. Maybe you should travel to the farthest part of the Northwest Territoires of Canada in the winter time and then maybe you would understand why they need every animal to survive.

What this segment doesn't say is that the money from those hunting license and the tax on hunting ammunition goes to aid biologists from the fish and wildlife research. Hunters are only allowed to take up to a certain amount of a wildlife population during a specific time of the year through licenses and controlled hunts keeping the numbers of that population stable and healthy. They are also forbidden to shot a mother bear with cubs. So before giving your two cents know your facts.
