1-6 are detractors, 7 and 8 are passives and 9 and 10 are promotors. The % sum of promotors - %sum of detractors = NPS. Hope it helps!

cool add. I've worked for two companies that use NPS, one of them only uses 1-4 as detractors where another one includes 5. which is correct as two companies reporting NPS are clearly not reporting exactly the same data?
