It's true that if piranhas are properly fed, they won't even bother attacking a mouse in the water. I fostered a few of them and they lived with my Oscars in the same tank without any issues at all. I didn't get any bites when I stuck my hands in the tank to clean it either. Oscars are a different story because they will eat anything that will fit in their mouths and I have fed them frozen mice on occasion. But yeah, those fish had to have been pretty damn hungry to tear up a mouse like that.

Sure it's natural for piranha's to eat live prey but I have two big problems with this video; 1. The piranhas are blatantly underfed to make them do this. If you feed piranhas correctly i.e the right feed and the right amount, they should not 'frenzy feed' the way they did in this vid. 2. The mouse was introduced to the tank for what seems like a laugh for the people in the room and nothing more. I hope you fuckers fall into a situation where such brutality rips you to shreds whilst still alive
