Thank you for your videos. I was attempting to make fudge for the first time and the new candy thermometer I bought was broken at 90 C! (I should have tested it first in boiling water first.) I frantically searched the web for the water test, and I think I pulled it in time. Seeing the soft ball stage was much more helpful than reading about it. (I also looked at all the other stages for comparison, so thank you for all four videos.)
YOu are a very good teacher:) or at least you are the few who thought of showing us how to test for all the fancy stages
