On the attributes you talk about, how much in Divine? I couldn't really see it.

well, with protective spirit, enemies can only take 5 health at a time from you, wich is very easy to heal, even with low healing prayers. that's why u can put those points into attack-attributes, like smiting, or secondary profession attack attributes (maybe firemagic?)

and so, the 55 hp monk is the best farmer:

almost invincible, and high attacker

so whats the use of having a 55 monk? all i know about them is that they only have 55 health which to me doesnt make a lot of sence

When they have 55 hp and they use Protective spirit, mobs can only hit them max by -5. When you use healing breeze with +10 health regeneration, you are almost impossible to kill. Then you just use skills that do dmg to mobs when they hit you. 55 monk is usually used in farming.

Protective Spirit reduce the dommage to 10% of your health so when you have 55hp they hit you of 5 dmg

hey im becoming a 55 monk myself i have the grim casta -50hp but i need the runes and level 20 i hate leveling up should i get power leveled?and how do you make money im dirt poor?

Hey I know this was along time ago but if you have the exspansion Eye Of The North just get there soon as you can. Then run to gunnars hold and do kilroy stonekin quest over and over ull be lvl 12-20 in an hour or little more with abit of money :D

@crowspears u get the totem axe in the falls a prophicies area and it drops from root behemoths and there a couple of em there so u have a good chance for it

Whole text:Armor rating is not important. It can be max or min. Every part must have superior rune (4 runes + the cheapest)and radiant insignias. On the headpiece put the rune that the part is linked to. eg. Divine scalp+superior rune of divine favor.

you need 5 runes with -75 hp with lvl 20 you have than only 105 and you need this cestus (i dont know the name) with -50hp than you have only 55 hp and the skills

i am partly to becoming a 55 monk. I have all mid armor with superior runes on them. Grim cesta with -50 health. Protective spirit and healing breeze. I need shield of judgement a energy bonus weapon and more skills
