It's so sad - I remember the original Fable's combat. Despite having a fairly simplified version of melee attacks, the way it combined ranged, melee, and magic was great, and the options for spells that you had were really impressive. I played that game and was thrilled when they announced the sequel, because I assumed the combat would only get better.

Instead, they gutted it. Looking at this, it's like a shell of what it used to be. It's unbelievable to me that this is the third game. : (
