  • hoely moley! you must have extreme talent to do this, i like beading too, but this is just surpassed my level, its amazing work though and very beautiful.

  • @mrcheekycheeks Thanks for the compliment. You can do it too.

  • New video coming soon on how to read even count tubular peyote patterns>

  • Hi, I love your videos on peyote!

Question: I am a beginner, and am having so much trouble visualizing how to gauge how many beads to go around the tube, case, etc, and then how to join them and tie the knot. I have not found a good visual on this, can you recommend? Thanks!

  • If it is something I have beaded before, say for instance a wooden needle case, I know it takes 36 Delica beads to go around one of them. If it is something new to me, I have to string beads, see if they fit, then add or remove beads from that first circle. Watch my latest video, How To Bead A Cabochon. It is even count tubular peyote stitch too. Maybe it will help you see how to tie the knot. It took me a while to figure out Peyote by reading books. Just keep trying.

    Until We Bead Again, Beth

  • @UntilWeBeadAgain Thanks for your generosity in showing us all the beading tips and for your motivational videos!

    Cheers!

  • you should have ur own show on a crafts network

  • Wow! Thanks for the compliment.

  • @UntilWeBeadAgain yout welcome, also is it a good idea to make a ring using this process too

  • @QueenRikku I have been thinking about making a ring video. I had the honor of meeting Margo Fields while I was working as a travel nurse in Albuquerque, NM. She is amazing.

  • Absolutely amazing!

  • @RotansCastle Thank you. Glad you enjoyed the video.

  • This has helped out a great deal!!!:)

  • @irresistibledelight6 Thank you. So happy I could help. I know how frustrating it was for me to learn tubular peyote.

    Until We Bead Again, Beth

  • what song is this? i love it

  • @hautmess Not sure. I did an audio swap. Some people like it, some people love it.

  • i hope i can do that :) im gonna try i making bracelet but different

  • @bihteremona You can do it. Just keep trying. That is what I had to do. Eventually it clicked in my brain. Like riding a bike. Once you learn the step up you will be on your way.

    Until We Bead Again, Beth

  • @UntilWeBeadAgain

    Thank You :)

  • @UntilWeBeadAgain Yay ring video. And congrats on meeting with Margo Fields, i've some of her bead work too; They are very eleborate O.O

  • very excellent instructions, very clear, but the music is highly irritating.

  • Yes, I agree, the music is awful. I had to do an audio swap. Hard to find music there 9 minutes long.

  • Thanks, beth. now I understand better and there's really no need to even make a half knot as they call it. just keep on weaving to secure it and that's it. wow! thanks.

  • Yeah...you got it!

  • This person is awesome.. i recieved my needle case in three days.... i am now working on beading it will keep you informed on how i do.. this is the first time i have attempted the stitch here on a non flat object... should be fun.. i have no concept of a graph.. but im going to just free hand it... thank you until we bead again you rock!!!

  • It all started with a needle case for me! LOL Pretty soon when you see round things you will imagine them in beads.

WARNING Be Careful...it is habit forming!

  • you are wonderful..i had to go order a needle case from you to try this.. if i love it and i get it quick you can bet im gonna buy alot more from you thank you

  • Thanks for the comment. You can do it too. One bead at a time!

    Until We Bead Again, Beth

  • Thank you so much. Your video and work are great. Exactly what I needed!

  • Cool!

  • you have some good beadwork

  • Thanks!

  • Does your work ever come apart because you don't do any half stitch nots to add thread or hide tails?

  • Never comes apart even after many years of use. The only knot I tie is in the first circle of beads. I weave to add thread and hide thread tails.

  • Awesome! I hate tying knots. Adding new thread is the worst part of the weaving to me. LOL

  • I want to do pipe stems tomahawk handles etc will it stay on prety good for thst?

  • Tubular Peyote is exactly what you need. If you do make some please send me a picture.

  • Nicely done! I'm excited to give this a try I'll be emailing you for the pattern. Looking forward to more how to videos from you!!

  • Thanks, I enjoy your channel too! Your videos are doing great.

  • Love that! Thank you for sharing! <3 Dig :D XOXOX

  • Thank You for viewing.
