Nowadays, superstar players wants to leave their small market teams and play for the bright lights in LA or NY. Back in 2000, Duncan was offered to play with T-Mac and Grant Hill to create a pre-Super Friends version in Orlando. But he refused and instead carried the Spurs to another 3 titles on his own.
