@Eizzy06 Yeahp. That's what's going to happen. I put another big16g back on it which will go to the Colt once it's running. I want to put this thing in the 11's full-weight full interior, pump gas and all power options still in tact and I'm VERY close to pulling that off. I might do a water injection how-to just to seal the deal & will post a video if I do. Once in the 11's, I'll know she's right, and I promise I'll swap it with something that will get me thrown out of the track.
i love it when one runs the engine while the turbo is u/s think of all th oil running through the engine and intercooler intake pipes some times rhe oil can detenate and the engine runs off no way stopping it
@deanoobaby Yes, it's called "diesel runaway". There are some great videos of that here on YouTube. It doesn't happen with spark-fired gasoline engines like this one because they don't generate enough compression to pre-ignite oil, but it's flippin' scary/amazing. Not much you can do but get far away and enjoy the fireworks. Some say water in the intake will stop it, but that can also make the engine explode and kill you with steaming metal fragments.
@Jafromobile on purpuse we over filled an oil bath on an old compresser unit and started the engine the engine ranaway fuck it was scary it didnt last long it stopped as soon as the oil run out

@devilslice The band clamp that holds the center section to the exhaust housing. I swapped compressor housings upgrading from a 16g to a big 16g and didn't get the dowell pin (or clock pin if you wish) aligned. I thought I did, but it must have slipped when I tightened it down. It was tight, but it slipped and blew up 15k miles later.
