The lights are always on when I go into Owzer's and I got the Phoenix Cave clue from Gestahl, but no battle with the lady painting. It's been months since I stopped partway before doing this so I don't know if I fucked up the Relm/Strago sidequest. Does this mean I can't get Relm. I think I messed up Shadow cause I always get chupon when I bet Striker. But it would suck if I lost more characters than Shadow.

Unfortunately you cannot ;( just like you can't get Mog if you choose the golden hairpin at the cliff in narshe

you can get mog, you just won't be able to learn the water rondo/harmony if you didn't get him in the WoB.

How do you deal 9999 damage with Bum Rush when I only get 4 or 5 thousand in? And yeah, I'm on the same level.

Bum Rush Is ironically based on Sabin's magic stat. Most of sabin's blitz are suprisingly

When I went to get Shadow, I used Sabin and he killed Shadow on the first hit. Actually, it was two hits, since Sabin was epuipped with the Genji Glove.

You have to look REALLY hard at the lovelyy lady picture to see the woman. The first time I played through it looked like a ghost or something.. But that top yellow oval is her head, then narrows for her neck and curves out for her shoulders. The brown around it is her hair, the red is her dress or blose.

FF8 rocks, no matter what they say. There are countless ways to abuse the Junction system early in the game; I recall doing as much as 2000 damage before even going into the first cave. But the characters are awesome.

In this next piece, don't do what NintendoCapriSun did. The upcoming boss has two "sides". Hit the "light" side, and you'll pay for it with Phantasm, which puts you in Slip. The "dark" side is undead and absorbs Thunder, so use Fire and Holy instead. The dark side is also much weaker HP-wise. But you've got Bum Rush, so as long as you time it right, you'll be fine.

Welcome back! Great job on this one. I'm psyched about FFVIII. A lot of people didn't like it, but I thought it was pretty good. Maybe not as good as VI or VII, but good. The card game is actually a pretty fun diversion, especially if you get good at it. One quick note I wanted to point out, in the GBA version, the Striker keeps its Japanese name, the Itchegeki(sp?), and somebody in Thamasa will say that Shadow went to the Coliseum in search of an Itchy-something! Haha! Lol! Can't wait for next.

I'm prolly gonna go after Strago, then Locke. I plan to wait till I get Locke to get Mog that way I can wrap narshe up 100% in 1 swoop. after that its gonna follow in order, Locke>Mog>Umaro>Gogo, then I'll prolly uhh... go to the fanatics tower. I don't have a game bridge, and my PC can't handle a PS2 emulator, that and my Webcam is really bad quality hehe maybe in the future if I can ever get a game bridge

Way to make me feel old, I graduated in 2002. Well anyway you could play without abusing limits, you can still use them but just not abuse them, also try using magic most people ignore magic cause it is limited but it can be really strong and is easily replenished if you like to play cards.

I would have to say if you did one on final fantasy 7 you could do the max stats for barret and vincent and show how to do the 1 hit kill on the under water weapon with out underwater timer
