i hope someone buys that place quick cuz it's conveniently located and it has to be improved. im sorry but its just an ugly property with good potential.

The Location is SUPER and the building does need alot of updating, it has Just Been ENVIRONMENTALLY CLEANED with a Final Letter from DEC. There are buyers on it now and in a few month you should see a Big Improvement, thanks for the concerning remark, Tom
