What more is there to say? Final Fantasy has created a legacy in the gaming industry... I have never cried so much for any game. Final Fantasy 7, 8, X, X-2 were the ones that made me shed tears! D':
if they make a movie, they need to make a like a harry potter series outta this!! cuz this game was the shiiiiet!! its so complex of a game you'd have to go the harry potter route and make 7 parts.. final fantasy VII by far the best game in the series, and one of the best games ever!! Shit, Final Fantasy VII is it's own franchise!
They don't make games liek this anymore. All they are, are watered down versions trying too hard. FF7 dealt with a lot of issues in life, whilst still being purely fantasy. It hits people's hearts. Not like this fake crap about that are just too cheesy/corny. I remember doing all sorts of different voices with my Bro in FF7, lol!
(also, it's been bugging me i'm kind of picky about music and order. but why isn't the composer a part of the tags? Idk why i feel like i need to know who the writers are. even though i know all of these are Nobou
To all Sephiroth haters who say Kefka is better because he destroyed the world - Sephiroth destroys the entire solar system just to attack 3 people, so there. Now enjoy the music.

This is by far my favorite song and game but is it just me or is this different from the in game song? This sounds much grander and has higher quality sound than the music of the original game. Not that I'm saying this is bad, because this is the best version of this song I've ever heard.
Can someone believe that the copy i have of this game was one i found the trash? I was walking on a street when i saw a psx and a bunch of games inside some plastic bags near a trash can. The psx was broken but to think that someone would just trow away this game.... well if it wasnt for that i would not have played it, so i guess it was a good thing.
They need to remake this game, not like other remakes though, completely redo the game, just a graphic overhaul don't touch the story or gameplay and place it across all platforms because this masterpiece needs to be recognized to the young kids of today.
If you're anything like me you're not even looking at the screen right now. The music has captivated you and you've got that flighty feeling in your stomach...like some mixture of anxiousness and nostalgia...Like Aeris is reaching out of the screen and touching my heart. My soul glows tonight.
Final Fantasy 7 out ranks all of the other final fantasies by far. It is the greatest game ever. and the people that put it together and thought of the story are absolutely amazing and brilliant.
After playing FF VII, I had much more things inside my soul then I've ever had... so many pictures and thoughts that lasted for years... maybe a better world, yeah.
I never get rid of it, and i didn't want to. Beautiful.
I remember playin this 1st thinking that the Mako reactor was all there was to the game, but then when I got to the world map I was so amazed. May this game last forever.
FF7 is the only game that has ever made me shed tears, and that's the highest respect i can pay it. I'm one of these typical guys that don't cry, or at least never admit to it.
But i have an MASSIVE amount of respect for this beautifull game. The best game ever by a country mile.

unlike most of you i hope they never do a remake of this game, remakes always suck just leave it be its perfect as it is, wouldnt mind a re-release even though i dont play games often now
I'll finish crisis core, then play this again, haven't played it in like 5 years...god...hope they do a next-gen remake with real time battles, maybe not, but add a little more plot and backstory, and of course voice acting all the way, though they'll have to remix the music a bit and do it all live that'll really sound better then...but i'll be happy with FF XIII/Versus...they will be the true joys of the next- generation right. They should remake all the PSONE Final Fantasy's.
