actually its not the star skills the player has to do it, it's about if the player has the flair trait or not :) ex. xabi alonso is 2 star but can do the rabona cuz he has flair trait ;)

yes you can do it with your pro, and all you have to do is run in a sideways or diagonal direction and hold L2 and square in the direction you want to cross it in, practice and you will get it

if you do the rabona, can all with 2 3 4 or 5 stars do that but if you make rabona fake its only 5 stars.
