Champcar was so awesome, the series was fan friendly, to bad it ran into money problems, those panoz dp01 cars were the future of racing at a price the teams could afford, to bad Kevin,Gerry ,and Paul ran out of time and money to keep the series going, as for Tony George you ruined open wheel racing, hopefully Indy Car utilizes some of the Champcar inovations.

The people who produce these race broadcasts should plant mics near the corners of the race track, kind of like how they plant mics in the slalom courses for olympic skiiing... i notice you can actually hear the tires squealing in turn 2 (or the chicane after turn 1.. i duno if they called that right kink turn 2) because the camera is so close to the action... which is ridiculously awesome
