WL Engine ( XNA Terrain)

You're terrain's texture looks a little bit too tiled. If you have some spare cycles on your pixel shader for an extra texture fetch, you could sample the texture as usual, and then sample the same texture with a factor applied to the UV coordinates (x8 etc...). Then blend between the two depending on the distance, the viewer won't be able to tell it's tiled.
