@ConnorThePriest Depends if your local FNM plays Extended. Plus, this deck is kinda old and not good at all compared to all the other Extended builds out there at the moment.

I've never fully understood why Lapse doesn't get more play. It's usually: 2W, counter target spell. Return that card to that player's hand. That player skips his/her next draw step. At worst, it's counter target spell, shuffle it into it's owner's deck. I might be missing something though. Maybe 2W is too much?

@deviaan it's better at 1U, that way you can hit the card next turn with a hard counter. I have two different control decks with blue in them UR and UB psycatog and I run the original in both.
