SO another 'truth' - Hatsumi tells Alan that he will be healthy - If I remember rightly, he died shortly after. (and yes, I was there, yes I did train in Bujinkan for 9 years)
yes, i heard the same thing about Doron and Hatsumi. Tanemura had to explain to Doron that it was not proper form to choke out the soke. lol... Doron was a tough customer in his day.
not true, Doron was already a student, and Tanemura told Doron that in order to get out of the choke Hatsumi would have to injure him, so he let Doron choke him out instead, get your facts straight, this was posted on E-budo, people like you who spread false info is whats wrong with the internet! And its also good being choked out, humbling for your ego and keeps you in check...
bull where hatsumi never ffought tournament ass and he started training before 16 ime a mma fighter and have trained in various styles and this fight you claim sounds way off where ?
thank you sad how some people twist info in bujinkan you dont fight eachother you do rondori realistic technique practice to get out of that hold easily could have been a injuring escape ninjutsue escapes rely alot on inflicted damage not just a reversal
it usually takes me up to 2 weeks just to get an appointment with my doctor, and he generally fobs me off because he is running late and needs to catch up with other appointments. so he can get to the golf course in the afternoon. so sometimes we have to help ourselves with alternative medicines.
Dude, if you don't anything about now, people get hurt in martial arts! If you were a martial arts teacher, you need to know SOME medicine in case your pupils get battered! That's why some Traditional Chinese medicine practictioners are also kung fu teachers! However, I agree about the real doctor bit about some things - TCM and accupuncture are good but open heart surgery it isn't.
Yes, it's good to learn outdated alternative medicine from ninja masters. Why don't these guys just go to a real doctor? What does medicine have to do with martial arts?
Hatsumi holds ancient scrolls describing a healing art called Amatsu. Its history is traced back more than 3000 years. In his teahching, he will show a ninjitsu move designed to kill and in his next action perform the same body movement demonstrating how it can be used to treat dysfunction and trauma in the body.
Amatsu is now undergoing clinical trials in UK hospitals at the request of Surgeons("real doctors") who's patients have improved their conditions dramatically with Amatsu
Redderz puts a very good point. Human beings have survived for a very long time, what was effective medicine a hundred years ago is still effective today -same as a sword or cannon compared to a bullet or missile. Anyone who must ask "what medicine has to do with martial arts" must be an open person, or elsewise a fool. Martial arts is about quality of life and survival to live that life. Medicine can teach to kill, as well as to cure.
its a philosaphy bujinkan ninjutsue only is 1 tenth hand to hand ninja doesnt mean a person in ninjutsue or even asasin it means you live the philosaphy and are a practitioner also and hes saying in certain cases considering some modern treatments are whack like pain killers instead of treating the source therapy instead of surgery

Shame that group Kuji did not help Mr. Collins (the person they brought up to clap for). He passed away a few months after that Taikai.
