umm..... im not sure. the one in the video is .smc but i dont know if .figs will work. try it. if .figs dont work, try changing the file to a .smc and see if that works.

First make sure you have all parts are in the same folder and use winrar to extract the first part and then it comes out as one file. put it into the emulator ROMs section.
