Man, i love your style. Your anything but common but it gives common man hope and its our soundtrack to life. The settings just sink it in deeper and make the music that much better. Your songs ring in my head and heart and i thank you.
I have always loved that you are so in tune with the land and the natural world. It's like your music is part of the seasons and the very earth, and it's coming from that (like the birds, the spring peepers, and the music of the brook or the wind in the trees) instead of from you. It feels like it's coming through you, not from you.
I love this one because it's the boy worrying about being abandoned by the girl instead of the (more common) other way round. Nice at the end of the video, the trees looking kind of like lovers.
Too bad you weren't able to capture your singing with both peepers and thunder--that would have been mysterious and shivery, I'm sure.
What the hell?

Very nice!
Is it just me, or does the melody of this song sound a lot like 'shady grove'?

Hi Tim - what's your tuning for this? Beautiful song but I can't get it right in the tuning I am using.

I think your little fight with the brook adds something to it. Plus there's one or two moments where you fall in with it and that works too.
