The thing about this trick is that though the handling seems strait forward it's not. There are 2 subtleties which will make trying to figure it out very frustrating task.

Do NOT do this YOURSELF! Just meet with a Surgeon & explain why you want the procedure done. The Surgeon may end up refering to a 'different' type of Doctor though.
