I should have pointed this out last year on my previous comment, but Abby is not an NCIS Agent [ and nither is Ducky ]. She [ and Ducky ] are simply attached to Gibbs's Major Case Responce Team, so all thou she [ and Ducky ] are apart of Gibbs's Team, they are not really agents, only Gibbs, Tony, McGee, Kate and Ziva in the Series are Agents [ all right then . . . . Special Agents !!! ].
