Camping... Jumping(bunny hopping)... Proning mid fight(dolphin diving)... Sniper Quick scoping... Hip shooting... Using sites.... its all relative bro. Different play styles for different people. There's no right or wrong, or good or bad to it. Some people like running around, some people dont. I tend to do all the above depending on the map and/or game type.

Cod supports campers, in fact any game with low health and quick health regen supports it. Games like gears of war 3, uncharted 3, somewhat battlefield 3 (not rlly) are agaisnt it only way to fight campers is to add more health so that each kill is 80% skill.
