  • both pilots were sacked ....they fucked the landing gear up a few hours before in another landing but still though good job getting it down

  • Is that a plane from Trinidad and Tobago?

  • ummm, this is your captain speaking, we forgot to bring some of the landing gear with us... buckle up

  • TRY SOME HD CAMERA'S DUDE

  • Old ARFF truck has a rusting tank...that's why in towards the end the foam looks dirty. Ours had metal tanks and rusted just the same... new trucks have poly tanks...

  • LOL the tail number....looks more like ''ZeroZero - TND'' than '' Oscar Oscar - TND'' hahahaha

  • we need an airbag system for such situations !

  • THAT pilot HAS MAD SKILLS Like if you agree

  • The other guy is talking like he is a god damn pilot.

  • nicely done

  • i feel sorry for the plane it had to endure the landing without landing gear then comes to trucks jackalating all over it with white foam. like comon

  • @BSbrian Well they're certainly taking no chances at preserving life. hihi

  • Amazing work by the pilot, kept it straight and stable all the way.

And BTW TNT is not an airline, it's a parcel delivery company just like UPS, but I understand the irony... :D

  • lol right, TNT is really not the best name to put on a plane

  • Very nice landing, nothing more to say.

  • Probably AC/DC who founded that airline

  • Fuck. My ps3 is being flown on that airline.

  • one hell of a job.... +1

  • cumshot

  • why waste so much milk?

  • TNT cargo, we know drama

  • The gear seems to be allright until the landing. But it had a very high sinkrate. After som ... maybe crosswind the right gear gets crushed.

  • the people on the plane must benn scard

  • its a cargo aircraft lol no passengers

  • now u know why its called TNT???

  • it says TNT on the side of the plane!

  • @dxhardys1 u blind it says tnt in red with circle on sign dumbnuts

  • that`s amazing--good job well done

  • nice job !

  • wow that's sad

  • wow simply amazing

  • FOAM!!!!

  • exceptional landing brilliant job!! LOADSA FOAM HEHE WOOP love it!!

  • BUKAKE!!!

  • it'll buff out lol

  • YOU All LOke Straight To IT IT A Airplane TOY

  • that musta cost alot to rep

  • I love how they just cover the plane in foam :D

  • Excellent landing!

  • Or Dead Air.

  • what a pilot!! good job

  • good job captain

  • amazing job by the pilot

  • he sholud be awarded!

  • ya give that guy a klondike bar

  • Yea, that was some skill landing the plane intact. Yet, I'm sad to find out that according to Wikipedia the piloting team got sacked soon after the incident =(.

  • your kidding right, it's pilots like him that we need to keep in the skies. what are they gonna do now fire captain sully

  • You've got to read the whole story...

  • do you know something I don't? because it looks to me like if they weren't in the plane there would have been a far different ending

  • The pilots failed to follow ATC on their first landing attempt, destroying the right landing gear in the process. The second attempt they had to land without the gear.

  • wats atc

  • Air Traffic Control

  • Am I the only one who thinks TNT is not a good name for an airline?

  • no i think too x)

  • @rafalweb no

  • @rafalweb i agree, some people might get the worng impression

  • @rafalweb its not an airline its a mail distributor lol but yes i agree it is a cool name

  • That looks fun.

  • doesn't work anymore idiot!

  • ROFLMAO

  • he did EBLG (Liege - Belgium) to EGBB (Birmingham - England)

  • Good landing.

  • Such skill, well done pilot!!

  • From 1987: Used by Piedmont

From 1989: Used by US Air

From 1997: Stored by US Airways in the Mojave Desert, USA

From 2002: Used by TNT Airways and converted to freight

  • that was very smooth 4 a crash landing welldone to the piolets and crew

  • I have to think that it was a white knuckles and brown trousers wait for the crash crew, knowing that he was coming in gear-down. Been through that once for a civilian tail-dragger aircraft that diverted to Pope AFB because only we could foam a runway for him. Let me tell you, it was a relief to see that sucker turn around 180 and stop without a spark. I don't want to think what this jet would have done had the 737 pilot srewed something up.

  • Thumbs up !

  • I wonder who had to clear up all that foam? bet they gave the pilots a mop each and said' you caused it, you clean it'

  • If it is anything like the foam we used when I was in the Air Force back in the sixties, it would just collapse in a couple of hours in the rain, thjen decompose, giving the grass along the runway an amazing shot of fertilizer. A friend of mine used some to create politically offensive graffitti between the taxi way and runway at Pope AFB the day he started clearing for discharge.

  • That plane was full of dynamite. It says so on the side.

  • wicked good pilot!

  • They were lucky landing safetly like that

  • Beautiful piloting!

  • Write-off?

  • Heres what happend for u who dont know...

Was flying to Stansted, bed weather so diverted to East Midlands (UK divert airport for TNT due to staffing levels, long runway, and the type of radar they use)

Went to land but touchdown the right gear on grass, broke off, it didnt just break it actually SNAPPED OFF!

Then landed at Birmingham, as seen in the vid, if u still dont understand it. well... ur dumb

  • top job matey well done

  • (TNT Airways) on attempted landing in poor visibility EMA went off flight path, hit grass and right main gear broke off. Go around to BHX and dbr when landed on two wheels 15/06/06 {0,2}, canx 19/12/06 & b/u for spares

  • good pilot

well done i coudnt of cum in as soft as that with no bk gear

  • it lost the right gear

  • wow jess ever need a break drop your 1 of your landin gears XD btw great piloting skill to land it on 1 landin gear and the front could of gone all par shaped great skill

  • No there wasn't GinoRc, the plane had lost it's right landing gear at another airport after an autopilot malfunction on landing.

  • OMG...no way... no way.....

  • The right main landing gear didn't extend. Thank god, thay have a very good pilot.

  • I'd name my kid after the pilot if Izzz on that plane!!! Great job baby!

  • why didnt the landing gear work?

  • Because after the accident they found an old woman dead blocking gear. Was so sad...

  • THANK U GOD FOR GIVIN MIRIKALS EXELLENT CONTROL OF THE airline HOW DID THE WING GET SCRAPED O0N THE FLOOR THOUGH THTS WOT AM THINKIN ??????????

  • was the engine scraping

  • that was freken awsome the pilots done a great job this time

  • It's freakin' brilliant calling an Airline TNT. It's like calling a condom AIDS.

  • I work for TNT at East Midlands Airport, and yes TNT is an airline, sometimes the BAe 146's have passenger, TNT is normally cargo only. It was diverted to EMA because EMA is the UK divert airport for TNT due to staffing levels, long runway, and the type of radar we use. And the pilots where both actully sacked, really bad flying at EMA shouldnt of actually happened.

  • pilot/s done a great job. well done.

  • Hey does anybody know if my Ming vase is still ok?

  • The aircraft diverted from Stansted due to bad weather, made an attempt at East Midlands (in slightly better but still bad weather) and struck the grass to the side of the runway there damaging the right main landing gear. Because of this it diverted to Birmingham where the weather was better.

  • Well all i can say is that it was a incident not an accident!!!

An incident is something that could have lead to a crash. but an accident is a crash.

  • Nobody said it was. Read the title!! Can americans not read or something? why is it whenever somebody posts a stupid remark if you check the persons profile it always says: Location; United states. funny that.

  • That wasn't a crash

  • good on the pilots for landing it so safely

  • Great Job .... TNT, It digs into my heart

  • ha! the third truck on the scene didn't get the memo.

  • Great Job by the Crash Rescue firefighters!!! Better than those french firefighters on that landing gear test video a few weeks ago.

  • finally got to use their big squirtguns eh?

  • yeah, they waited for a long time and that day they got to use their supersoaker 5000's...they were so happy...and they had banana splits afterward...

  • lol

  • Great piloting - especially liked the way he kept it on the left wheel as long as he did - wow!

  • And that, my friends, is why pilots get the big bucks.

  • wont he get pounds? hes in UK, not america

  • That looks like some pretty good piloting to me.

  • Do You Think The Pilot Listens To AC/DC The Entire Flight?

TNT, hmmm, doesn't give me a lot of confidence in that

    airline.

  • Its NOT a fucking airline!! Its a cargo company! Do you not read the comments above??

  • TNT...I'm dynamite...TNT...and I'll win that fight...TNT...I'm a power load...TNT...watch me explode...

  • Ok. Never mind. I see that the right landing gear was not fully deployed. That takes a lot of rudder and just the right amount of reverse thrust. Good pilot.

  • Does anyone know the story behind this crash? It looks like it actually happened because the pilot fucked up. I don't know maybe I missed something. Let me know.

  • right landing gear fell off, it wasnt really the pilots fault, he probley actully did all he could do to land it saftly

  • Comment removed

  • hahah thats like totaly true must be boring being a fire fighter.. ur just hoping some 1s burning somthing so u can do ur job..

  • who the hell would want to fly on an airline called TNT???

  • BIG LOL

  • if you're a crate you can fly on TNT. It's a cargo airline.

  • hmm..passenger airlines have windows right?..you see any on that plane? and is the TNT company doing such services like giving ppl joy rides to other countries?..i dont think so

si dont talk about stuff that u have no idea about ok?

  • LMFAO!

  • Cant fault the pilot for that landing, excellent control under the circumstances.

  • PERFECT LANDING

    Thank God for miracles.

  • true true

  • Excellent pilots - if just the rest of that company was half way that good and keeps from frequently trashing their cargo.

  • pilots earnd there money that day!!

  • Good pilot. lucky people to live. smart firefighters. lol... INTELLIGENCE AT ITS BEST lol

  • I agree...now thats called flying
