the actors of this show are sexier&understands the role&the way it should be played.They show so much respect for the characters.They can extend their characters personality,which makes it more fun&edgy but also emotional and realistic at the same time.

the storyline is way more exciting,dark&violent&keeps us TVD fans on edge every single time.

the vampires are way more realistic.I mean,what kind of vampire sparkles in the sun?Only fairies do that.

The Vampire Diaries has better (and hotter) actors and I think the story is more realistic. Elena's first reaction when she finds out he is a vampire is run. Bella goes into the woods alone with a vampire... And in the movies I loved Jacob 10000 times more than I loved Edward, so I really didn't get why she stayed with Edward.
