Its because they take the Talmud over the Torah. The Talmudic jews do not believe, that non jews (goym or gentiles) are human beings, but something between animals and humans.

Example: Torah says, love thy neighbour, Talmud says, that a non Jew cant be your neigbour because he is not a human. This may explain the sheer cruelty that the Zionists have inflicted on the palestinians for the last 60 years.
