  • this neat I'm gonna try it.

  • Remebmer frommee2u. Whenever we do this in front of Lord Ganesh, we were told that we will be good @ studies. This is true now.

  • How can you do this with bad knees?

  • we use to call it 'uth baith'

  • OMG we use to do this in madressah/mosque as a punishment lols

  • Can I really trust that it works that well?...

  • those was called as thoppukaranam in hindu prayers

  • this is followed in hinduism prayers and they called it if they do it in the morning for 10 times if front of god pillayar.. ganesh... this was prooved in hinduism before 5 thousand yrs ago

  • Many people in india do this, but many do not really realize how it helped them. There are so many things like this in the world which we followed for years without knowing how it helped us. Then later we gradually discontinued. So it's important we find and spread this knowledge for the benefit of human being.

  • Haha! We called it "Baski" in Kannada and this was our standard school punishment!!!

  • to help more, the MD should teach them to keep the back straight when doing this, that would help. immensely

doing it like he does at 0:51 will end up giving this guy a bad back... posture is v important . for many things

  • My teacher says do 10 time each day

  • wonderful exercise, BUT i find it suprising LOL that there was NO mention for the need to take precautions, ie avoid smoking, alcohol, drugs, pork, even certain fish or the fundamental change one needs in mental thinking, to not get angry, living honestly, doing your duty and respecting your colleagues, family and friends. IT is not just a tool for better grades and cheating people with increased memory.!!!!!!!!!!!!! I hope these points are taken seriously!

  • ..and we always thought of this as a ruthless punishment 1

  • this is a punishment for not doing...lol

  • This is crazy. I was asked to this by my teachers several times while growing up in India :-).

  • This is definitely from the teachers in India... OMG. Also we routinely do this when we pray to Lord Ganesha. Now this is discovered as good for you. I am starting to appreciate all the punishments!!!!

  • How many times do you have to keep bending your legs and holding your ears?
