@tattoogunmusicman those aren't nazi, they're futhark, the one near his inner wrist is called Ansuz. They are a variation of Etrucian or Northern Italic writing. Nazi on the other hand, spoke and wrote a language commonly known as German.... it is of Germanic root, and non-Etrucian or Raetic background. Feel free to look it up, or remain naive either way learn before you speak

get an apprenticeship if you can, if you're not artistic or technically adept, don't bother. there are tons of details involved before you even put a needle to skin. Don't just go f'in people up, practice on yourself if you have to. some suppliers also sell books and dvds, I'd recommend learning as much about the process as you can. read books on illustration... there's a lot of information just on youtube alone it's up to you to decide what's bogus or not, good luck, try not to get discouraged
