i'd stick to the rear wheel than "Quattro" which is almost all wheel but actually front. besides the M handles with a touch of fun. but i wouldn't say i won't take the Audi (had the A6 2.7tt and 325Xi but liked the bimmer better than drove my friends 330i and was really impressed, besides the audi sucked gas like a Biatch! the bimmer was ok. my next 1 is deff 3 series rear only. both are good thou. and all the japo cars are cheap as hell like sitting on a card board... and no handling...
L O L . RS4 would win M3 on track and wet, and on drag and straight and midrange or anything.Even an old RS4.Probably looking more an S4 V M3 these days.
Eh ?.4 wheels can also lay down the traction on and out of corners, hence ALL rally cars of note are 4wd, they dont revert to 2 wheels when its dry. These are not racing cars so tranmission loss does not play much here in the real world.
yeah, but this is tarmac and I never drive on gravel, mud or other varied road surfaces... I like motorway driving and driving on carriage ways... thats as rough as it gets for me.. sooner pick a scooby than an Audi - those impreza's are made out of carboard and are 4 door.
I have a hawkeye PPP now. I'd rather have an RS4 though.I'd only pick the M3 as the 'up market cruiser'.Other two just bruisers but that is what I like.
it's up to you, but it's good veryone is different - be boring if everyone drove the same car, model and spec.. I find BMW's suit my driving style and my pocket. lol
@03basesedan early models.... yeap, all cars suffer from probs... performance cars always have probs... new gt-r even had a few.... not a single problem now though....
@apmirkin they did fix it, but they wouldn't come out and admit that there was an issue. the new rs4's with DI have SO MANY problems (sludge), so i guess it's all relative.
i know that all videos from bmw posters are fakes they say it its audi rs4 but i think its a 1.6 tdi on every video. This video is the prof that audi rs4 is way faster than bmw m3
that man who m3 can nie rijde if he are well changed gear them approximately even rapidly only rs4 is at accelerating faster but at sprintje they are approximately even rapidly

bmw would win it on a track.
audi would win in wet perhaps

Nope, 4wd cars have too much drag round corners. The BMW is made too well.. especially the e92.

Lets see how long a Audi would last for with 40-60 laps round a track. Not this amateur foolishness!
apmirkin 2 years ago
lets see how the bmw would last...
what a dumb comment...
03basesedan 2 years ago
NO, its not a dub comment.
I buy my cars to go on the road and not just "take round the track".. I like my cars to last.
I dont buya car everyday you know!
Fool!
apmirkin 2 years ago
it's a dumb comment becasue there is no guarantee the m3 will last better around a track than the rs4.

When cars have a turbo or turbo's..They easily go wrong.. BMW M3 does not have a turbo...
Also, I have seen so many Audi's returned at less than 3k miles to a garage cos of engine probs.
Sorry, I am talking from facts...not playstation experience!
apmirkin 2 years ago
@apmirkin riiiight, you make so much sense. btw, the new rs4 is not F/I
03basesedan 2 years ago
@apmirkin the m3 will just spin a rod bearing and blow the engine like so many did in 2002. bmw silently replaced the engines... embarrassing!

@apmirkin i got a audi 2.0 t with a ecu tune and turbo upgrade with 88,0000 miles on it i have never had any problems

@03basesedan the fact that my Dad has had audi's as company cars and they spend more time having warranty repairs means a lot!!!!
HIs 330ci is not fast.. but it's only off the road for normal reasons...MOT's...pads...oil... regular services...

stupid. 4.2L V8 vs a 3.2L S6. The new M3 will make justice. RS4 is still an ugly audi
