just get on a TALL building in Algonquin. then use the cheat 2275550175 (don't worry, it doesn't block any achievements)

then just SLOWLY tilt your car over the edge and you'll get atleast 7 rolls in one crash.

Another alternative is to do the one on Alderney highway in ACTER

no you should hit the ramp with only one side of the car so there should only be two wheels driving over it so it will make you flip

No you can't. When you enter the runway they will be at you. As you may know, its only possible in Multiplayer.

well kinda, in one story mission you will hijack a heli and fly it to the drop off (in the airport) and then you cant get wanted by driveing but if you go out you can
