@musique1975 It's all swings and roundabouts: movies (and society in general) used to be a lot more racist. You may not have had full frontal nudity and blood-soaked gun battles, but you had black people shoved into films purely being subservient to the white folks. I know which I prefer.
my mother says while she 's delivering me at Maternity Ward of Phil. General Hospital its the music playing from the pipe in sound system.....that wa May 21, 1954
I'm always amazed every time I hear this song how much I love it. It's such a silly fluff song but her vocal styling is so wonderful. I love the bounce and joy she brings to it. And the way that she spins one of the final phrases: "Your silvery beams, will bring loves dreams..." so beautiful.
You Tube is primarilary about videos. You should declare in your title that this is a 'still' - nothing more than a slide show with audio backing. Very disappointing.
she had a heavenl vioce i was privaliged to be exposed to her movies and music as young as i am if u ask most 20 sumthings who is doris day they would look at you blankley love her MWAH
love it the songs are just wonderful my fav film as i said before along with onmoonlightbay and cj. those films make you so happy and doris makes me so happy each and every day. prefer the songs in btlotsm but i think i prefer the story in omb.

This is a classic song. They don't make songs like this anymore .
Doris Day was a good looking girl in her day . A respectable girl who didn't have to sell her sensuality to become a famous actress.
By the time movies were reaching the late 1960's, the censorship code and detiorated and movies had started to lose their moral standards.
Doris Day was a girl who didn't have to follow the crowd, which is one reason i respect Doris Day and always will . I love Doris Day forever .

Good show, Nadia! Have you heard the Little Richard version? You'll probably think it's a total travesty, but it's hilarious!! Check it out:

I love this song so much! To top it off though would be to have Gordon MacRae's tantalizing voice with it.
