If you think about it, Valmont is the only villain who the Enforcers worked for willingly. The others (Shendu, Tarakudo, Daolon Wong, Drago) enslaved them.

@oMuStIiA I disagree... Maybe as I'm british myself I can see a VERY distinct difference between the accents including different stresses on different syllables and 'acuteness' of vowels. I've noticed it a lot in American TV.... for some reason they and canadians can't pick it up very well...

But I knew an Australian woman who was mistaken for British by everyone, even British people and fellow Australians. I was one of the few people who guessed correctly the first time.
