@actually marx was a jew who converted to christainity. Hitler was not directly inspired by stalin however he did incorporate elements of soclialist dogma and rhetoric with his nationalist and nazis ideology much in the same way that Jones was able combine elements of Christaintiy and Communism. Marx identififes that throughout history people have adopted what he called "Primitive Communism". He uses the example of early christians and the teachings of Jesus as prooof of this idea

If you would know history just a little you would know that Nationalism is far right, and Communism is far left. that means they are on different end's of the spectrum. Hitler joined the DAP (nationalist) party and added the NS. Anton Drexler the leader of the party was anti-Marxist (same as Hitler) and used Socialism to appeal to workers to gain support and spread nationalism to the masses.

stalinist russia was still a communist state. it is impossible to translate Marxism word for word from paper into a reality. it just doesn't work . however a great many aspects of the state in russia reflected communist notions and values therefore it can be called a communist state. Soviet Union declared to be communist, but wasn't for many reasons. The Soviet Union didn't collapsed because they "had" communism. Its a complex issue. Compare US to any Scandinavian country and you will see what is the standard for democracy.

Therefore it was still a communist state. Likewise scandinavina countries are not perfect democracies in the purest sense of the word however they like the US are contain in there political systems a great number of democratic values. So the people that wrote the new testament probably based the ideas on his (and many other philosophers) works. Let me remind you that the Old testament God is not the Jesus type, and the old testament does not resemble democratic values.
