  • Mediocre video. Too much talk--not enough photos. "Deli sandwiches, french fries and a coke." Not a very classy "island" lunch. I would think something "seafood" would have been a more appropriate choice. You can get a Deli sandwich almost anywhere--certainly not very adventuresome on the narrator's part.

  • I thought the Pink Sands beach was overated. By all means a gorgeous beach but there are several that are better that I've been to: Here are the top choices: #1 Shoal Bay East, Anguilla #2 Rendezvous Bay Anguilla #3 Flamenco Beach Culebra, PR

    #4 Playa Zoni Culebra, PR

#5 Main beach at Isla Holbox Quintana Roo, Mexico

#6 White Bay Jost Van Dyke, BVI

#7 Playa GrandeRio San Juan, DR

#8 Warwick Long Bay Bermuda #9 Horseshoe Cove Bermuda #10 1 Lighthouse Beach/BayEleuthera, Bahamas

  • yes ive been there many times, we own the club med site on eleuthera, thank you very much.

  • The reason y i said you kidding me is because you said its in the top ten most beautiful beach in the world?

I no the island well and think its more in the top 3......... My mother is from eleuthera

  • Speaking of club med.

Is that the one in Governors Harbor?

If yes would is going on with that project?

  • I've stayed in harbor island many times, my suggestion is to not stay at the "resorts" ( there is technically no resort, its just small elegant hotels) but if your looking to stay there for a week or more, rent a house on the island. IT will run you about 300 a day but is totally worth it.

  • P.S.- The old Club Med beach on the actual island of Eleuthera exceeds the Pink Sand's beach, hands down.

  • Harbour Island is not a "classic caribbean town." It is composed of nearly all white-Bahamians (whos forefathers settled there). These white-Bahamians are also known as conky joes) who are overly wealthy in the lobster industry. It does not represent Bahamian culture and tradition. If you want to know what a real, classic caribbean town is, go to one of the family islands where there is minimual tourism.

  • you kidding rite?

Have you ever been there or you just heard about the place? Its not Spanish well en no

  • ha, learn to spell tec. Yes, I have been there many times. No shit its not Spanish Wells. "En no?" speak where others can understand you. Harbour island is full of smelly golf carts, and tourists that pay far too much for cheap shit at the stores.

  • Sorry if i missed spelled a word.

I am Caribbean and speak and sometime spell the way i speak.

En no. DOTE YOU HANG WITH THE PEOPLE FROM HARBOUR ISLAND? THEY SPEAK WITH A VERY BAD ACCENT, THEY DOTE SAY MIAMI THEY SAY IMAMI.

SO EN NO IS A BAHAMAIN TALK EN NO.

ITS LIKE SAYING YOU NO. SO WE SAY EN NO..LOL

  • I think the non-resort side of the island sounds great. I've always liked places like that better than the big tourist attractions.

  • This looks like a nice spot

  • It looks beautiful.. I have only been to Jamaica and I can't wait to go back, but maybe I will look into here too!
