  • Thank you so much for putting this together as I would have not have figured this stitch out without your help!!!!

  • I have to admit, the yarn color you're using is a bit light, so it's at times hard to catch what you're doing with the needle. This is particularly apparent right before the first set of five DCs on the newly created bridge. However... That said, this is a magnificent tutorial and I love how you made sure to include what the other videos were lacking! I can't wait to make a skirt with this stitch! Thank you for making such a nice tutorial~!

  • I love to find new stitches in crochet, and I learned one today, I just hope I get the hang of it to finish it,

  • For the 2nd half of the 1st croc stitch are you putting them into the gap or a v stitch?..cuz when i did it it just looked like I had a normal row of 10 dc. :/

  • you're like "1,2,3,4,5,6,7..." and i'm like "oooonnneeeee.....twooooooo.....threeeee...." :) but I'll get the hang of it, event it's the last thing I do:)

  • wow, I just learned how to neadle knit... /in awe of myself... Thank you so much:) made my day:)

  • would have been nicer if your hands would stay in the frame

  • scottydu81, I'm up to my knees in crocodiles! ;-)

This is a good video which I'm happy to have found today!

    Thank you, jenesiso.

  • this video is fake! i dont see any crocodiles ANYWHERE!

  • Awesome tutorial!! I love the stitch! I keep having a little difficulty at the end of each row...but I'm sure I will get the hang of it eventually! Thanks so much for sharing!!!

  • Hi there. I like ur tutorial alittle better than Teresa's (aka tjw1963). If u haven't seen her video on this stitch, u should check it out n lwt me know what u think about her technique. She is very talented and I love all her videos.

I hope u make more videos.

  • Hi, I love the look of this. I would make it into a cushion cover.

  • Very nice. I tried and succeeded. Thank you.

  • Too much starting and stopping in this video. She gets about 10 words out then video pauses for about 30 seconds, then a few more words then another pause. Got tired of waiting and turned it off.

  • @mtme9 That's just you. let it load..

  • Thank you. I love this stitch and was reluctant to buy a pattern as I have limited income. Your tutorial is perfect!!!

  • thanks I was trying to do it from the written instructions and this made it all make sense

  • most excellent tutorial! I love this pattern. You give me hope that I can do this. Thank you so much.

  • best tutorial I've seen...so easy to follow. Thank you so much

  • Your tutorial is great! You should definitely make more videos! I'd like to see pics of things you have made as well! (I'm nosy like that ha ha!)

  • Love this demo, I found it much easier than others I had seen online. Jennifer you are a great teacher. I love that you told us right up front that you need increments of three. Your version of the base/net rows are the easiest to follow and makes a perfect and flat finished product. I was having trouble with someone else's version that didn't give reasons for the stitches, yours is super easy. Thanks so much for the demo. I will recommend yours to friends.

  • u are very good at explainning please can u post more videos thanks for posting

  • This is the first time I ever heard of this stitch. You are really good at explaining! Thanks

  • Hey Jennifer....let me start with, I am not a knitter or crocheter, but I have managed to do this and do it bloody well.......well after a couple of trials before I started on a good one. I found a tutorial on Etsy for some fingerless gloves, bought it and realised it was clearly written in 'crochet language' and not being fluent, I was stuffed. I am a visual learner and you rock. I am going looking to see what other videos you have!!! YOU ARE A LEGEND!!!
