Its not about diet, its about healthy food. You have to change your view of food. And I'm sorry you CANT hold your abs with going to mcdonalds and go to the gym. The sugar will stop the fatburning immidiatly. Fuck off Trashfood, go to be your own Cook. It works°!
It's all about eating right NOT diet. Don't mislead people into thinking it's about dieting. It's about knowing what foods work best, eating ENOUGH at the right time with the right amount of water, etc. When most people think diet they think limiting food intake. If you don't fuel the body correctly you will fight a losing battle and gain more fat and lose lots of muscle.
@MormonManUtah Amen, you got it. I needed 25 years to change my lifestyle. But I changed, so you can ;). Best think you can do, is cook your own stuff (fresh) so you always know what you are eating.
Ok so diet eh? ok now lets say I was on a diet for 3 months and my 6pack is visible now. So what do I do? go back to my old eating habbit cause no1 wants to diet for the rest of his/her life. 2 months and your 6pack is GONE. so you have to excercise as well.
@B0MBALI9 yeah, but a good way to not lose ur six pack that u got with so much work would be, eat whatever u want, go to KFC, Mc donalds but go to gym and work out, cardio and machines, that way even if u eat trash food u can control it, because everything u eat, the fat that ur body takes from the trash food will be burned in the gym again and again.
the diet that works: one serving of carbs after exercise protei n and one serving of fruits low gi - then a proteinshake with flax oil and couple of berries then eggwhite slad over bed of greens with nuts and couple of berries and the last meal chicken with veggies drizzle olive oil
@Freerunx3 Haha same. I eat everything I can see and don't do ANY cardio. I still have a defined six pack. Even creatine can't get rid of these babies.
the diet to tone up is to eat 4 small pc combo meals and stay away from proceced food and to indulge only one serving of dried fruit a day a serving is 3-dates or 2 to thre figs (15 grams of sugar a day only -6 servings of carbs (complex) (fruit , whole grain,vegetables)- at each meal one serving of protein AND heallthy fat +free food veg
sorry but i dont believe diet is the most important thing. i run n lift jus about everyday n i eat whatever i want, as much as i want, n whenever i want to. n i dont get fat or lose any tone.
Man I wish I could just work harder while eating as I always do. I'm a really small guy with a small frame so my calorie requirements are surprisingly low =/
Also my family has fatness in it's genes so it's annoyingly tough for me to get rid of my torso fat- the rest of me is pretty slim.
@CrimsonSuperNova Train harder so you can eat more (if you eat normaly, if you eat like an Pig eat the half). The more muscles you get the more calories your Body would need.
@1BrknHrtdRomeo by dieting he just meant proper nutrition, im sure i dont need to tell you whats healthy and whats not. Once you have nutrition down, just exercise intensely (cardio/weights) and do ab exercises 3 times a week.
@1BrknHrtdRomeo if you want a sixpack you have to reduce your Bodyfat to a minimum, the ab workout isn´t the big deal. Unless you do roids your apps wont get bigger so you just can make it stronger.
what kind of diet besides junk free, eating clean...high protein, salad only, oatmeal only (or is that carbs)...that's what i wonder ..to get slim and fit?
@sweetkisses4uonly some carbs are ok, aslong as they are complex carbs. Oatmeal is ok, but try to eat the bulk of your carbs earlier in the day. Your dinner in the evening should just be some vegetables/salad and some lean protein, like chicken breast, or fish or whatever. Also, make sure you drink alot of water throughout the day.
they say diet.. ok i get that but give us some sort of examples of what we can eat. i'm sure i'm not the only one who'll say this but.. eating the same food every day will eventually make you sick and thus lose motivation.
I lol at most people at the gym who think that doing sit up and crunches will get them a sick pack or make them lose belly fat. DO YOUR HOMEWORK PEOPLE. God, it's not that hard.
I did read in a book called truth about abs, that it's good to have an overeating day once a week to get your metabolism up. I have never done this, but it sounds like it makes sense
That's good that you've managed to maintain your six pack. I think I lost weight too quickly and gain a lot of water weight back once I started eating more carbs and sodium again. I suppose the only way to keep your six pack is to KEEP DIETING. Always keep an eye on the scale and your measurements. I think anyone wishing to get a six pack needs to keep this in mind.
To diet down to a six pack is one thing, MAINTAINING it is another. I got down to a six pack once and as soon as I started eating processed carbs again, it disappeared.
We all have a sixpack hidden there somewhere, its just covered up by a layer of fat. It will never show with any exercise unless you get rid of that fat.
diana chaloux! Yeah shes hot. I just googled her. she is hot but she just looks even better on vince vid. looks like a reg hottie on google though. but still all good.
oh, sorry can't help you out there! I don't think I have seen her (between Diana and Vince) before. What about the one in the end in white do you know her?
Yes for sure...diet really is the most important part for good abs, you can do hours of ab work but if you carry fat around the midsection, no ab definition will be visible
@biki31 yap...diet is everything, but most people willl take it as starving themselves..u still gotta eat, but very clean and low simplified carbs...and balance ur portions..

Dieting is overrated. you dont need to diet for a sixpack. Just work out really hard. Look at Floyd Mayweather Sr. the man eats cake for breakfast, fast food, junk food you name it. Hell i've got a good sixpack and i eat junk all the time.
Diet matters but it's certainly not everything. Abdominal isolation and certain excersies daily can give you a very nice buff look indeed and all it takes is 3 mins. These people look very nice and I'm sure their advice costs loads, nevertheless good video. Cheers man!
its everything....and its not at the same time, because without a proper diet you wont get a six pack. but obvioulsy there is more to it like exercise.
Its a tampon! Poor girl put it in the wrong hole. she got a nice body but needs a little help with her feminine hygiene. Too many sit ups, she should spend a minuet to read the side of the tampon box so she can get it right next time. Or maybe I'm wrong and that's where the ladies insert it these days!
People talk about what types of foods to eat and not eat. But how much of each right food is the right amount to eat per meal? Do we eat less on a day of rest when we just hang out and watch tv or spend a day chatting or responding to youtube vids? Is it wise to fill up in the morning, have a light lunch and then eat clear, home-made veggie soups with no additives, and (vinegar dressing) salads all evening. What menu would you suggest for 3 or 5 meals and snacks, quantity-wise? Thanks.
Its not about diet, its about healthy food. You have to change your view of food. And I'm sorry you CANT hold your abs with going to mcdonalds and go to the gym. The sugar will stop the fatburning immidiatly. Fuck off Trashfood, go to be your own Cook. It works°!

i'm confused...
in the other video, you said that dieting isn't so reliable...but working out (i'm assuming interval training) will get you closer to your six pack.
but in this one with "top athletes" the first thing the guy said was "diet"
so um...what?

My advice to those who wants six packs, follow the steps:
1- Diet is the first thing to do
2- abs exercises and obliques are performed day after day not everyday because it is muscle, it needs rest.
3- cardio is the most effective way to burn fat on whole body.
work hard step by step - that's all friends
