  • Nice little video. You should have those film clips professionally transferred to video...

  • There's a scene in the movie " All The Marbles" thats in Idora Park. Scene is near the Cheyenne Shootout. Other scenes in Mill Creek Park are in the movie...oh yeah they drive across the old Center St bridge in the movie as well.

  • Hey Is this the terry Webb model guy? I went to Idora when I was a kid!

  • The Jack Rabbit and Wildcat were the first 2 coasters I rode as a kid, it was such a cool place!

  • I love these old parks. A feature of the 50's and early 60's in America.

  • Ambridge PA to Idora on the bus, 1964, 1965.

  • Very nice vid of a piece of Americana that's sadly gone forever.

  • That cute little boy in the cap in on the train looks about two in that clip. He's cute and most likely born in 1959.He would be 49 or 50 now.

  • @HattieLovesCattie Hey that was me!!!

    (not really)

  • Great memories for my step dad. His band POOBAH rocked at Idora many times, years ago. He says the Eagles and Raspberries played there , too. Many others, also.

  • Omg, Jeff. How do you know Idora Park? We went all the time, especially when I got old enough to car date. How cool.

    Terry Webb
