I don't think Disney was in any position to buy a failing company when they themselves are going under. I actually like some of Disney's work. What I don't like are the lies about Walt Disney the company is found on, and how they make movies like The Little Mermaid and The Hunchback of Notre Dame which I would've given at least PG-13 Ratings, and sell them to kids who are too young to know whats going on in their plots.
