  • @LYinKansas legally you could in the mid nineties, or at least I couldn't find any prohibitions on it. although hospitals didn't work out so well...what worked for me was a catholic charity clinic of some kind. I forget now what it was called. The smaller the institution the more able it will be to say yes I suspect.

  • Thanks Ridley, I dont mean to disappoint. But people aren't important in the U.S.. Only profits for the government, corporate and banking elite. This couldnt be allowed by law in the U.S..
