Crossfit is all about reps and time and form is completely thrown out the window - the complete opposite of what "True Athletes" are trying to accomplish!
@lamarkjr1 Wrong. There is a lot of form involved otherwise your reps don't count. At least at my gym anyway. It's about maintaining high intensity and working efficiently. You obviously have not tried it.
@balddood ---- hahaha! maintaining a high intensity for what? 10 minutes! this xfit stuff is a flash in the pan workout gimmick! I have tried it and anyone who knows about explosive movements such as a power clean or snatch -- knows that you can't maintain the explosiveness that you are trying to accomplish by doing more than 5 reps.....crossfit is a joke! they are definately not the fittest on earth....how can they when their avg. workout is only 10 minutes long!! LMAO
Cross Fit color coded weights are great!. Red ones are 45 lbs Yellows are the 25 lbs and it looks like shes using the standard bar of 45 lbs so 185 lbs. and plus look at her abs O.o
