When I heard this song having the album it came into my mind a Grand Funk's song format because there is an album of Grand Funk which is rounded like a silver coin that there was a song with this kind of rhythm. Presence is a great album, but the cover really sucks, but,well it is important the songs.

the first 4 songs on this album are unbelievable, while the last 3 are great. why does this album get no love even from lots of "zeppelin fans"? just because its not a perfect 15/10 legendary album front to back like their first 6 albums (7 if you include LP 2 of physical graffiti), doesnt mean its a piece of shit. some music fans feel like theyre owed something when they listen to music and it pisses me off

Plant did his vocals to this LP sitting in a chair with a cast on his ankle. It is also the quickest they ever completed recording an album except maybe the first album.

Presence is a strange album. Half the songs, including this one, blow me away. Some of the others...not so much. I'm thinking they were pressured to put an album out and already kinda burnt out anyway. The next album I knew they were done. One or two good songs on that one.

I've had to re-evaluate this song. Recently I read that Plant felt this was by far the best track on Presence, praising the incredible tightness of Jones/Bonham, and the peformance of Page. It's still not in my top list of favs, but I now see the point Plant was tryin to make.
