Only when the bend is confusing the driver by looking like it also leads straight ahead, or when the corner looks sharper than it really is, in which case would normally require indicators. Either that or they are most likely asians and use to driving on the other side of the road and are unfamiliar with the road rules. Fuckin' foreigners.
I think it's funny, I get all excited and I go "Oh really, turning? Here? Where the road turns? Wow! Me too!"
