Poor interaction between the service provider. Too transactional, no rapport with the customer and the customer is unrealistic - too easy to sell to. In reality there would have been questions from the customer, challenges over price etc.
It was mocked up to demonstrate some issues internally and we posted on here to let friends view it easily, nothing else! Its not here to teach or wow anyone!
We set up a project using cross-functional teams to look at customer service issues so this along with a few other videos was an exaggerated illustration to demonstrate the affect of having information to hand in a quick and easy [electronic] fashion against using physical files and papers....amongst other things!
Hmm...If its just a mock-up call, then it shouldn't be titled "A perfect call", cuz its scripted. And in the real world, call centers mostly get angry calls from customers. I wish you have tutorial videos based on how to handle people like that, and about agents taking ownership of those kinds of calls. I used to work in a call center before, but they trained us poorly.
