Someone asked me to explain this a little better.E minor is the relative key to Gmajor same flats and sharps.the scale tones in gmajor are :g major ,aminor, bminor ,c major ,d major, e minor, f# diminishedwhich means if you take any of the minor chord tones you can play minor pentatonics or harmonic minor pentatonics since an aminor pentatonic scale exsists in 3position of a gmajor scale you can use the harmonic minor note in e same as b harmonic minor which is a# or D# in e harm minor
