easiest way to kill him is get 2 sniper rifles and stand at end of ledge to jump up to him and just aim over the edge.... rinse repeat and u probably won't even lose any health and do it real quickly too... only watch out for his missles or bombs or whatever it is he throws

I felt this fight was proof that frank is the better unarmed fighter of the two, cuz in the first game I did a four hit kick combo that could take brocks health down by half if it fully connects (and even if all the kicks don't connect it still fuckin wrecks him), that and franks moves seem to be not only cooler but more damaging as well. though I do still think chuck is cool.

i mean no offense to geoff and jack but i though i should say that this guide is pointless. this is not the quick and easy way to kill sullivan in fact its more like the long and tedious way. what you actually want to do is make some heavy melee combo weapons like the defiler or pole weapon and than just bash sullivan until he's dead. as you saw in the video it was day when he started and he didn't kill him till night, my method only took me about 30 game minutes.

One really good way to kill him is to press a and hold x, chuck does a back slam onto the floor. If you aim it sullivan then you can knock some health off and stun him. However it does not work every time but when on the floor he cannot hit u. I did this method every time after he did a dive roll and ended up not losing any health at all. (=

Actually, I thought this guy was gonna fuck me up bigtime! But in the end I got him on my second attempt. Kick him quickly, when he's down you chop him with whatever (I used the axe+mallet-combo), and this is what you do to kill him. Took me just about less than a minute. I got the lame ending anyway =(

I wouldn't call this guy hard, just unexpected. Like, none of the previous strategies work on him.

* Running and gunning? He shoots you

* Hide behind cover? He bombs you

* Use shotguns, pistols, shotguns, assault rifles? His health is too high and he is too far away for them to be effective.

* Try to use 'heavy' type weapons? You can't carry them up the platform.

* Try to use melee weapons? He disarms them.

You'll also take a huge amount of damage no matter what. You NEED healing items.

Simple strategy: Make knife gloves (Bowie knife+boxing gloves) You can build them

by the safe house or by the Atlantica entrance, to the right of it. Before you go up the elevator to fight Sullivan, save. Across the bathroom and elevator is a drink stand, in it is about 5-6 beers, an unlimited wine, meaning quickstep and painkiller away. Swing away, dodge, painkiller if you have to, rinse an repeat.

for the general guy in DR1 what you should really do is make a Spitfire drink from the blender and keep it on you until you get to him. drink the Spitfire and you can literally spit on him and chip away his health. he'll just block and can't do shit! as for sullivan and TK in overtime, drop kick ALL DAY BABY.

I think you can throw the weapon at him... as long as he doesn't like.. grab it and throw it back, or roll out of the way.

You can actually not use any weapons at all, which turned out the best for me. By spamming your Strong Kick (Jump + Hold Attack). This will drop the boss in a way similar to the way they showed you, but you'll dodge the boss' attacks more easily. When you successfully hit, back up and let him dodge roll, and execute another Strong Kick where he will stand up to start a chain of hits that the boss can't escape from.

There is an amazing glitch to beat him.

Just stand at the edge of the wooden top, the one you jump on before you jump on the top one. Sullivan will keep shooting the floor he is standing on, but you can see his head, so shoot the crap out of it.

Take as much guns as you can, rifles & machine guns are the best.

i know another easier way to beat him

first grab some food a lobster to be precise and an LMG or two or shotguns

when you get to the fighting area kill all the zombies because it will make it ALOT easier

Go on the top of the place he is stood on and weaken him with an LMG (recommended)

then heal yourself by going next to the pile of stuff so oyu can get a sniper out, then run out, wait till you can see him and shoot him in the head and keep doing that untill he dies
