So^^ you alwaya invested in treasury, taking the investment away from the techs,to gain money. cause your army is way to huge for your support limit you habe to maybe pay twice the price for it. You should make your army smaller be friendly and peacefull. Also the bigger you are the more you pay for techs. and as these arabian colonies are getting an "overseas" malus, they pull you even further down. Dont conquer mass conquer quality.
