  • if im honest, when i first got this script in drama i didnt like it....... but its grown on me a lot and im playing maureen but for the life of me i can't do a liverpudlian accent and i going sweedish :S

  • Same!!! Though we all go Irish xD

  • I am the same except I am playing billy and dick

  • lol im gonna perform this in two weeks acting as eddy, the guy here portrays him right

  • lol, and im robbie! :-)

  • doing this atm in school for gcse drama im carol soo funny :D xx

  • wat type of character is Robbie??

  • me and two others from my drama class are doing the first act of this play for our trialogue...i'm playing bernie XD Its a great play, very fun to act out.

This is a great version of it too, the guy playing eddie is brillant!

  • I played Billy in a College production 15 yrs ago. Found it a cool part, most of the comedy rests on your shoulders.... its a challenge to get the timing just right, but when you do its like surfing a wave.

Love this play, very fond memories of snogging the hottest girl in my class during the end scene lol.

  • My group, HATS, are doing this in early May 09.

    See hamptonscomedytheatre . co . uk :-)

  • we done stags and hens for my gcse drama exam, i played bernie but we didn't have enough men so we just had to do the ladies, infact we only had one boy in our drama class and he played peter

playing bernie was great, i had some fantastic one liners! :D

anyone whos playing bernie will have a lot of fun!

  • We've just done this in college. It was well ace and dead funny and a great laugh. its a good play

  • Hey... i played billyy.. its an easy part really... everything people say.. u arent rlly sure of what the bloodyhell there tlking about.. but u pretend u do.. u try to fit in.. but ur a typical geek.. i made it so it only felt i was there because they felt sorry for me.. but tried my best to fit in.. its a great show.. hope this helped.. besta luck with ya gcse

    x

  • We're doing this play in our performing arts & we have to try and put on the accents too [=

  • the roadie is a very small part - really he's your sterotypical jack the lad techie type - I gave ours a cockney accent too

  • nvm man i did it ruesday , and it was amasing hehe thanks xoxox

  • omg can anyonje help me with the character billy cus i dunno wh tto do fopr him , this plays confusing , any other billys plz contact me xoxox

  • what do you need to know?

He's a follower, he wants to be like the others

  • cus im playing him for my gcse n i dunno whaether to platy him as a hard man trying to be kwl or a wimp trying to fit in xxx

  • Billy is stupid. I am doing National Diploma Acting in College, and we are doing this play now. Billy is not really a follower or want to be like others, he is more of a childish man, who still lives with his mother, if Billy were real he would be short, but if you are tall or medium, you got to feel small. You are always not paying attention and you are in your own world. Billy also seems to be the youngest character since he is most immature and still lives with his mother.

  • i have to preform this play in july sumetime, love it ^^

  • Oh, very good! It's an excellent play, and well performed too.

  • i really do wish i was still this thin b... xxx

  • haha.... we wernt doing scouse accents... haha x

  • yeh it was really good acting , but the liverpool accent was shockin in it.

  • lol, I hope that's a joke, cos we didnt' do any...

  • hahaha..... love these comments.. i wish i was still this thin!!

  • don't we all missus!

  • OMG how patronising/mean/arrogant does everyone have to be? The sound has broken on my comp so I can't tell whether this production is terrible or excellent, but still, guys, be nice!!

I'm doing Stags and Hens for my final piece too (I play Carol and Robbie) but it doesn't mean I think everyone else's is AWFUL!

  • LOL... i love how 16 year olds think they know the world and all about acting... bless

  • we jus did this for our final performance and it was great this looks like panto

  • Shutit doodler! :P

  • Hey, doodler or not. I was Great XD

  • aw yay more stags and hens people :D Its so fun to see others doing it too.

    Eddie still scares me.

I was Peter ... I got to snog waitinginthewings ;)

  • I was Kav =] See the funny thing is, My Real names Eddie and i Played Kav, and the person who Played Eddy is called Pav =s

  • How can you know it was better from watching a 5 minute montage? Seems a bit fishy to meeeee son :)

Anyways I did Stags and Hens too! I was Linda :)

  • Nope we only did it for 1 day. The youth theatre was split in half over the week-end. 20 did Kes. 10 of us did Stags. And anyway we couldn't win one...were youth

  • Not tryin' to sound biast but i'm 14 and i did stags and hens with my youth theatre and ours was better then this one.

The set was better, we spoke scouse as it is a scouse play and we stook to the script =]

We got a standing ovation. I played Kav =]

    Nice job anyway.
