Ive tried lots of different exercises: running, biking, rowing, and this is still my favorite.
It worksout your whole body in the shortest time, at the greatest convenience, indoor or out. You can push your pulse rate way up there.

Oh my gosh, My dad use to have one of those. That's hilarious!!
I remember trying to use it when I was little and I'd always get splinters in my feet because of the wood. hahahha
