  • Sting's side of the audio is far too quiet. I'm trying to listen to this across the room and I can literally only hear that first interviewer.

  • STOP FUCKING SAYING ''RIGTH'' & ''HMM'' & ''YEAH'' YOU NOB MY DOG COULD INTERVIEW BETTER THAN YOU AND HE HAS A BARKING PROBLEM!!!!!

  • make a drinking game out of this , for every time you hear mmm , you take 1 sip , for every right , you take 2 sips , for every hmm right yeah , drink the whole glass !!!

    Go !!

  • @lorndarken Haha

  • ZZZZZzzzzzzzzz

  • So...he asked about Miss Elizabeth ..and says Jake was negative about it..and Sting talks about Jake..then asks what the question was..and the guy says..you answered it ....??? WHAT?

  • poor sting what has become of him in TNA he is a really good wrestler and TNA just ruining him.

  • @swiv2d If by some miricle TNA becomes successful some day, there will be a DVD or whatever, and on it they will point to Sting and how he made it all possible. My opinion is TNA is not ruining Sting, Sting is making TNA.

  • Kind of surprised he thought that about the Vampiro fued, I thought it was decent considering the state of wcw at the time

  • Sting could've been Hogan if he worked with Vince

  • buff bagwell interview

  • This guy cannot interview to save his life. he sounds like he isnt confident in himself with all the 'hmmms' and yeah's etc. idiot couldnt even ask about hogan sting halloween havoc 99

  • @koalajones88 I remember this interview, somebody on IMDB wants me to post it to him, do you have any links to it online?

  • ugh, stop talking about god, sting! you've turned into a psycho square.

  • @tncl85 lol, what's so psycho about him fixing his life?

  • As an atheist, I don´t care for his religious talk, but when he talks wrestling, he really is a class act and comes across very well. It seems he really wanted to do what was best for wrestling all the time. Hogan should really be ashamed of how he screwed Sting, the fans and WCW over at Starrcade. That was the beginning of the downward spiral for WCW.

  • Legend!

  • Did he read Flair's book? What a stupid question, Christians don't read.

  • @resincoatedlungs so says the godless one

  • @TriuneGForce

    lol

  • @TriuneGForce He's right, though

  • @warriorofwrestlingv3 how are we the illeterate ones when you guys refuse to read the most IMPORTANT book of all THE BIBLE. THATS JUST SUICIDE

  • @resincoatedlungs It's amazing how non-christians truly hate Christians. You must be really proud of yourself.

  • Smart move that Sting didn't join WWE because Vince McMahon would have him job to John Cena and Randy Orton, also declined to face Undertaker at Wrestlemania 27. That would ruin his legacy and that would been terrible.

  • @hbk2hhh Hogan put The Rock over clean at WM18.Do your homework before you comment next time.

  • @eclipse5863, what choice did he have? Hogan wasn't exactly doing The Rock a favor by putting him over. If anything, putting The Rock over clean was the only way he was going to get back into the main event. And that's all Hogan cares about, the limelight and himself. Having just come in to the WWE, there was no way Hogan was going to be able to politic himself over The Rock. He didn't have the same power that he did in the 80's.

  • my new and improved list with all wrestlers in there spots:flair,aa,hbk, sting, savage, jericho, steamboat, taker, hhh.and malenko

  • they had no stunt with owen and they did not pratice with him either they forced him to do it and he had shitty equipment!!

  • no tag can kick ass like rock and sting the blad runners! plus you can't beat blond old school sting! Bottom line!!!!

  • And you're right, the "hmm"s and "uh"s are really, really annoying.

  • Sting is an extraordinary man, and like everyone else here has said, I don't think I've heard anyone (wrestlers) say anything bad about him. Not even the Iron Sheik!

  • So good to hear Sting, who is my all time hero, discuss so many topics sharring my own opinion.

  • @IDante1Savage He's a class act all the way, full 100% respect for The Stinger.

  • Sounds like Hogan didn't want to put over Sting

  • @pnom373 who has hogan put over clean when he lost his first wwf title was the whole andre screw job thing, then he put warrior over, yokazuna cheated to beat hogan, hogan first wcw run with the belt he didnt lose it clean that why the ww3 battle royal was for the belt

honestly who has hogan put over besides the warrior and goldberg(i dont dont count lugers 5 days run because it was planned for hogan to beat him in 5 days)

  • @hbk2hhh he put over some other wrestlers late in his career. The Rock, Angel and Lesnar. But yeah I agree that Hogan ruined a lot of things in wrestling by not putting others over. The Starrcade thing was terrible.

  • @rokkvi1 true vince was proly still pissed at hogan and wasnt gonna take shit this time around ya know

  • @hbk2hhh yeah Hogan helped make wrestling big but he´s not the man who made wrestling. Vince is. And although Hogan built up wrestling, he ruined a lot too with his BS, especially in WCW. The Strarrcade BS with Sting, the fingerpoke of doom BS with Kevin Nash and a bunch of other stuff were really bad for wrestling. There´s a book called something like "The fall of WCW" that really sheds light on that.

  • @rokkvi1 well vince didnt make wrestling it was around way before vince but he did turn it into something bigger than what it was. As for hogan i never thought about it till now but your right in wcw he was mixed into a whole bunch of shit, examples fingerpoke, starrcade 97, halloween havoc 99, bash at the beach 00. What a greedy bastard

  • @hbk2hhh you´re right he didn´t make wrestling as in create it, but he made it into what it became so to speak, something "bigger than what it was" like you said. Hogan really was a politician and full of himself. He also really hurt WCW by being so much away but always grabbing the belt when he got back from vaction, being champion but not actually wrestling much etc.

  • @rokkvi1 ya screw that sting should went over held the belt till like june and lost it to goldberg that coulda played out better and if nash held the belt for a few more months and dropped it to page in a four way there was no need for hogan to grab it everytime

  • @hbk2hhh the book I´m talking about is called "The Death of WCW" by R.D. Reynolds and Bryan Alvarez

I really recommend it, really great book

  • @rokkvi1 the book i'm talking about is "Green Eggs and Ham" by Dr Sues

  • @schlong19 I didn´t know that he wrote about the fall of WCW in that book. Maybe he blames it on the cat in the hat.

  • I wish that Stupid Ass interviewer would grunting while Sting is talking. LEARN HOW TO CONDUCT AN INTERVIEW WITHOUT SAYING "RIGHT" OR "HMMM" Every 5 seconds.

  • @TheUltimateRoidRager this guy is eating too while he is interviewing

  • What a humble guy this man is.

  • Hey, he did a whole interview without cursing! What a beautiful man he is and it just goes to show that you can be interesting without being foul, thanks Sting

  • Sting is a class act in every way.

  • Great interview!

  • One thing to say about Sting is respect. No scrutiny on his personal life was ever broadcast. And you never heard anybody bash him in any kind of way

  • @UGodd Check out what Tom Zenk the Z Man has to say about him.

  • @townsend316 @UGodd Not to mention Barry Windham or JJ Dillion. There are plenty of people that don't like Sting.

  • @townsend316 Interesting. I don't agree with him, but he did a hilariously good impersonation of Dusty Rhodes!

  • @UGodd nobody talks bad about the stinger

  • "I loved the whole interview, thanks!"

  • Stand up guy. Nothing but respect for this man.

  • Sting is awesome. Great person and role model.

  • This is a quality interview - it was an unbiased interview a lot of question veteran fans like myself enjoyed his views on. Steve/Sting exhibited a lot of humility, he made a great contribution to the wrestling entertainment arena. This is the longest phone interview I've heard, and it actually worked out pretty good. Sting will always be my favorite character in wrestling. Although he isn't big as other wrestlers *debatable* it's Sting his mysterious so that mediocre lvl is hard to maintain.
