I used to know a guy from Croy (near Cumbernauld, Scotland) who got his kicks by painting hideous faces on coconuts, lobbing them at trains and buses and then running away! The young people used to call him 'Coconutman George'!

young coconut is also very delicious! it is a must try! espieically coconuts from the southeast like thailand or philippines. yummm. very fresh adn very sweet and the meat is softer and much more delicious to eat

Thank you for this tutorial..when I went to the Caribbean's they always had stands selling fresh uncut coconut...they would cut it for you but they would always use machetes so i would think "oh great..yea im never gonna have one of those at home" but now i know a much more convenient way to do it lol no finger chopping machetes here!

3.Slice Hand Open with Knife.

4. Throw Coconut into Garbage

5. Go to Hospital to treat Injuries.

6. Go to the Supermarket and BUY the type of processed Coconut you need.

Since most people keep screwdrivers in a toolbox, usually not very clean and since this is to be used on an edible food product, might I suggest that if you are going to use a screwdriver, ensure it is a clean screwdriver, preferably washed and disinfected with isopropyl alcohol or some other kitchen-utensil-safe product. As for the knife, I would not use a thin pairing knife as shown inthe video, I totally bent the tip trying to do something similar; it was a dumb move on my part. :)
